Process R&D

Tianchuang conducts innovative process research and development on functional textile products, which can be achieved through optimizing the dyeing and finishing post-treatment process of fabrics, including dyeing and finishing in the same bath, post-treatment processing (immersion rolling method, impregnation method), coating method, spraying method, microcapsule method, etc.

Tianchuang Laboratory

Tianchuang Laboratory is an important base for Tianchuang Textile to achieve sample analysis and research, finished and semi-finished product analysis and inspection, and employee research and training. It has three functional areas: textile testing, textile technology, and textile CAD.

The Tianchuang Laboratory has an experimental room with an area of approximately 500 square meters, and a total of approximately 50 sets of various instruments and equipment, with a total amount of approximately 5 million yuan. All types of textile raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products are equipped with complete testing instruments, and the main process equipment for long fiber, short fiber, woven, knitted, and non-woven fabrics is basically complete. It can conduct professional analysis and research on various textile materials and textile structural composite materials. At the same time, it has auxiliary detection devices such as flow field, high-speed photography, precision testing instruments, processing chemistry, and detection chemistry.

Intelligent Chemical Plant

At present, Tianchuang Textile has begun to try intelligent manufacturing and has achieved some results, but overall it is still at the intersection of Industry 2.0 and Industry 3.0, and is developing towards Industry 4.0.

Tianchuang Textile is currently preparing a total project base covering an area of 60 acres, which adopts an advanced MES system as the management system. Through this system, enterprise resources can be controlled, including personnel control, equipment control, quality control, material control, pre alarm, document statistics management, and other functions. It is a real-time integrated control system that can improve the market competitiveness of textile enterprises, Realize a fast and exquisite production process for enterprises to meet the production needs of future manufacturing enterprises.
