Quality Control

TEST CENTER

We have a 500 square meter yarn and fabric testing center, with complete equipment in standard constant temperature and humidity rooms. Testers have been trained by three testing institutions, including SGS and Keken, throughout the entire process.
RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION

Strictly implement the process and production requirements, ensure that the yarn and filament standards meet the order requirements, and prevent unqualified raw materials from entering the production stage.
GRAY CLOTH INSPECTION

Inspect the grey fabric and record multiple processes such as breaking points and fabric repair, ensuring the quality of the weaving process and ensuring the quality and delivery time of the bulk fabric.
FINISHED PRODUCT INSPECTION

Tianchuang strives to promote the research and innovation of new textile fiber technologies through technological innovation, and conducts mass production of kapok fibers, functional fiber textiles, as well as high-performance fiber textiles such as carbon fibers and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers.
